Linda Kent – Founder & President
Linda Kent is a qualified industry professional, a skilled problem solver, and an organizational whiz with a creative eye for function and design. She handles operational tasks and account management with finesse. She sees to it that projects stay on task, goals are met, and clients are happy. Linda’s experience as a personal assistant to high profile traveling executives and to the C.E.O. of a prominent not-for-profit organization has inspired her to create Carrara Concierge.
Linda’s innate creativity and excellent customer service orientation have enabled her to create a client-centred business that reflects her values.
Away from the office, Linda is a mother who enjoys living an active lifestyle, spending lots of time outdoors.
Gayle Anderson – Co-Founder & Consultant
Gayle Anderson has spent twenty years in management for the hospitality industry and ten years in concierge and project management services. Clients and associates alike appreciate Gayle’s excellent communication and strategic management skills.
Integrity, strong work ethic and efficiency are the values that Gayle brings to Carrara Concierge.
Gayle is a professor at Centennial College, in the Hospitality, Tourism & Administration department. She is currently developing a course for Concierge Services to be included in the Hospitality program curriculum.
Gayle is a nature lover, happiest going for hikes in Rouge Park with her terrier Bronco.
